The authentic Spanish tradition

My passion for cooking and the methodology in my kitchen stems from a long line of Spanish food and tradition. It started in my grandmother’s kitchen in Madrid, and has now traveled its way to Miami, Florida. My goal is to bring the authentic “sabor” of typical Spanish dishes along with the culture of Spain to my new home in Miami Florida.
